I had the pleasure of assembling the opening and closing sequences for a few episodes from Season 03 and Season 04 of “Mythbusters There’s Your Problem” last year. This was a repack that aired on ABC Kids. Having grown up watching this show, it was a privilege to be involved as it reaches another generation.

I edited this TV commercial (TVC) for Rain & Horn a few years ago. It was shot in the Northern Rivers region and post-production was completed back in Sydney.

CORPORATE

This is a condensed version of what was a challenging edit. Many of the interviewees were nervous being on camera, and it took a lot of creative editing to shape it into something suitable for the client. I’m proud to say that I found some creative solutions to pull it together, on time and within budget.

This behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage was shot on a DSLR in a candid and observational style. I then crafted the footage into a dynamic piece that could seamlessly fit with anything else on FTV. It was used in New York Fashion Week a few years ago.

I edited numerous films for Architel.TV during my time there. This was one of my favorites.

SHORT FILM

This clip is from a short film I edited a while ago. It was a particularly interesting part of the film to edit because it was shot in two different locations. It depicts a ten-year-old boy swimming out into the surf with a surfboard. Part of the scene was captured on a RED ONE camera, while the underwater footage was shot at a safer beach the following day using a Canon 7D in an underwater housing. I incorporated a few jump cuts as a stylistic choice to convey the boy’s panic and danger as he loses control in the water. I’m very pleased with the end result in the film.
